History
Lemongrass has been used for centuries in traditional Asian medicine, cooking, and skincare products. It has a rich history of various medicinal uses across different cultures. In Latin America, lemongrass tea is commonly consumed to address joint aches, respiratory infections, stomach issues, headaches, and more. The leaves were traditionally chewed to alleviate toothache, and the sap was applied as a compress for eye infections.
